Alyssa Flanders Ogden, PA-C
is a Board-Certified PA who has practiced dermatology since 2020. She is excited to continue offering full spectrum care at Alta Dermatology.
Alyssa initially moved to Orange County to complete her Bachelor of Sciences at Chapman University. She then completed her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Chapman University’s Irvine Rinker Campus. After PA school, Alyssa completed a 1 year fellowship at a local skin cancer center and cosmetic practice where she trained under Mohs dermatologists and facial plastic surgeons. She supplemented her training by completing the Diplomate Fellowship through the Society for Dermatologic PAs (SDPA).
Alyssa is particularly passionate about skin cancer diagnosis and management, but enjoys all types of dermatologic care. She strives to help patients feel empowered in their own skin—whether they are coming in for medical or cosmetic reasons.
Outside of Alta Dermatology, Alyssa remains involved with Chapman’s PA program by giving bi-annual lectures and mentoring students. She also enjoys spin and pilates classes, pickleball, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with her husband.
